LIVELIKE (2009) is a an Installation of up to 25 lights that a programmed in a chase sequence to rotate the shadows around objects. In its first instance in 2009 it consisted of 12 table lamps arranged around and directed towards a  gravel on the Gallery floor. Every light is only on for the length of a Film Frame and the chasing light sequence make the illuminated object and shadow appear animated. The work has been show in various settings and sizes. The largest outdoor set up, installed at National Galleries Edinburgh consisted of a 12m circular light rig.
